Founded in 1969, Ying Ming Industry Co., Ltd. initiated the production of high strength hex socket cap screws for class 12.9. Upholding the company philosophies of quality, honesty, and pragmatic attitude, we persevere at executing the concept of top-grade in all aspects such as manufacture, service, management and business operation.
After breaking into the automotive supply chain in 1973, Ying Ming was granted Ford Q1 in 1995 and awarded “2004 World Excellence Award” by Ford North America in 2005. Furthermore, Ying Ming was also certified by Volkswagen as approved maker for class 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 fasteners in 2013. With the honor and supplemented by various management system certification - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, we support Ford Lio Ho, China-Motor, and Yulon Nissan domestically. Our products are also supplied to Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen group and other vehicle manufacturers globally. To expand our service, Ying Ming (Fuzhou) Industry Corporation was established in 1995 and has been providing 100% motor vehicle parts for the industry in China since then. Based on the cumulative cooperation experience with automobile manufacturers for more than 50 years, we are continuously recognized by our customers in the field of quality performance.
In the trends of intelligentization and low-carbon environment, electric vehicles are gradually taking over the fuel ones, and the automotive industry is therefore facing a huge pressure of transformation. Hence, Ying Ming actively integrates and applies the expertise and knowledge accumulated over the years as well as the rich experience in service and brings up the efficient proposals into the collaboration with the customers in developing fasteners for EV. Also, to achieve the target of pursuing light-weight products required by customers, we concentrate on not only the quality but the safety concerns of our products and offer better solutions in all requirements to make sure they function well.
In accordance with the automobile industry requirements for the safety concerns, and LEAN manufacturing, and improvement of workplace environment, Ying Ming introduced automated warehouse system in 1998. With this efficient system, we maximized the storage capacity, and replaced human operation by computerized control to reduce incorrect performance and personnel injuries. All the materials are managed by computers as well as barcode and comply with FIFO principle. The automated warehouse also possesses anti-seismic design to adapt to frequent earthquakes in Taiwan.
Ying Ming has multi-station cold forging machines and various thread rolling machines for diversity products. They are furnished with error-proof device and instant production messaging system to avoid the defect occurrence, to enhance productivity, and to improve cost reduction.
Being a manufacturer of high strength fasteners with more than 50 years of experience in heat treatment, we have had self-contained furnaces and independent operation capability since Ying Ming was established in 1969. Furthermore, de-phosphating process is acquired for all high-strength products, and we were certified by Volkswagen as the approved maker of class 10.9 and above in 2013. Aside from regular quenching & tempering, case hardening, induction hardening, and aging treatment are all available to satisfy our customers with their needs.
In-house Surface Treatments :
(1) Trivalent Zinc Plating : ZinKlad 250 certificated (in compliance with Ford S437, JLR SJ37) / in-line baking oven equipped
(2) Phosphating : zinc phosphating, manganese phosphating / in-line baking oven equipped
(3) Zinc Aluminum Flake Coating : DÖRKEN MKS introduced (in compliance with Ford S442, JLR SJ42, Benz DBL 9440.40 and so forth)
With the application of the automated warehouse system plus the integrated production of forming, thread rolling, heat treatment, surface treatment, inspection, and packaging, it enhances the manufacturing efficiency and optimizes the space utilization the shop floor. Meanwhile, the management of first-in first-out and intellectualized logistics is implemented to achieve material account consistency.
In the early stage of product development, Ying Ming can provide suggestions, find solutions, and even collaborate with customers on development based on their needs. We can also assist customers in feasibility evaluation of the initial design with professional simulation software for forming performance, CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) analysis, assembly simulation system, and other relevant testing and verification.
During sample development, procedures such as APQP, PFMEA, CP are carried out to ensure quality and requirements are fulfilled.

Against the general inspections of mass production parts, such as tensile test, torque & axial load test, coefficient of friction (CoF) test, dynamic fatigue test, compression test, salt spray test (SST), metallographic test, both of Vickers & Rockwell hardness check and the coating thickness of the finish are all available.
For high temperature resistant products, we have relevant test equipment to monitor the strength performance from room temperature to 1000°C.
In addition, to provide more solutions to our customers, Ying Ming is also equipped with hardware/software like ultrasonic axial load analyzer, scanning electron microscope (SEM), optical emission spectrometer (OES), and product failure micro analysis etc. to give our clients premium support and services.
